What are my payment options?

We are as diverse as a company can be. If you need to place an order in a specific manner, we will be able to handle it. In the past we have taken orders for jewelry via Check, Money Order, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and even Cash in Person. We prefer taking orders over our secure hacker safe website, but we are more than happy to assist you in placing your order over the phone, by e-mail, FAX, even COD. As was stated, we are diverse and very accommodating.

How long will my order take to prepare?

We can only answer this on an order by order basis. Each individual item has a different turnaround and so one item could take a few days longer than another. Most items are made to order by our suppliers and/or handcrafters, but we do have estimates on approximate timeframes. For example, a simple ring might take 2 days to prepare and ship, and depending on the season, might take 4 days. A diamond cut Tungsten Ring with Gold Inlays and Diamond Settings might take 6-8 days. Because of this gap, we give an estimate of time on every single product page. Rest assured that we will inform you of any delay in your order being processed, shipped, or produced.

What if I dont like the item once I receive it?

You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep the item. If you decide to return it, for any reason, we will offer you replacement, credit or refund - whichever is fitting. We never charge a "restocking fee", but shipping fees are non-refundable so please make sure you have the correct size ordered.

How do I return an item?

Just contact us, we will arrange for your return on a case by case basis.

What is your Warranty?

We have a 180 Day warranty on the quality of the item. We do have an extended warranty for purchase on most items.

What is your Guarantee?

We Aim To Provide A Truly Care Free Purchase. If you dont like it, return it. If its not as described, return it. If it doesnt fit as well as you hoped, return it. Our goal is to put you into jewelry that you will love to wear, and you have 30 Days from the time you receive it to make sure you do.

For example, e-mail your order to us with your time zone (or state), phone number and time to call and we will take your payment info right over the phone.
